Account Executive – Provider Growth

About the role

Chamber is transforming cardiology care by partnering with independent cardiologists and health systems. As an Account Executive focused on Provider Growth, you will drive the expansion of our network, building trusted relationships with cardiology practices and guiding them toward a value‑based care model.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined territory that includes independent cardiology practices, hospital‑owned groups, and health‑system networks.
• Develop and execute territory strategies to generate pipeline through outreach, in‑person visits, events, and collaboration with the sales development team.
• Navigate complex stakeholder structures, identify economic buyers and clinical champions, and manage multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast sales, and ensure consistent deal momentum to meet or exceed quota.
• Partner with Marketing and Growth Operations to improve lead flow, conversion rates, and messaging.

Required profile

• Proven success in quota‑carrying B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or health‑technology.
• Strong ability to build credibility with physicians, practice owners, administrators, and executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection‑handling skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for face‑to‑face meetings and relationship building.
