Account Executive, Partnership Marketing

About the role

The Chicago Bulls are looking for an Account Executive, Partnership Marketing to manage and activate contractual obligations for corporate partners. You will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of partnership accounts, delivering in‑arena, digital, and community assets while supporting hospitality and event programming.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with corporate partners, acting as a strategic business ally.
• Execute all contractual deliverables on time, ensuring high‑quality service.
• Lead day‑to‑day client communication, project development, reporting, and post‑event recaps for assigned accounts.
• Facilitate internal cross‑functional meetings to define clear next steps and keep projects on track.
• Recommend partnership adjustments aligned with business strategy and partner goals.
• Host or support partner hospitality events and related programming.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sponsorship or account management experience in an agency or brand environment.
• Ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative, team‑first mentality.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and consistent follow‑through.
• Self‑directed, proactive, and adaptable to feedback.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., KORE, KORE Activate) – preferred.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
