Account Executive – Los Angeles

About the role

We are seeking a driven Account Executive to join Fresha’s commercial team in Los Angeles. In this high‑impact position you will own the full sales cycle, helping beauty and wellness businesses grow by leveraging Fresha’s AI‑powered operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high‑volume pipeline from prospecting to close, generating new business through outbound calls, emails and inbound leads.
• Deliver tailored product demos that clearly communicate the value of Fresha’s platform.
• Close deals efficiently while ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.
• Understand SMB pain points and position Fresha as a growth solution.
• Build trust with business owners and decision‑makers and consistently exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in the CRM.
• Provide market insights to help refine messaging and product direction.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development or account executive roles.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a high‑velocity environment.
• Strong prospecting and closing abilities; comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
• Excellent communication skills, especially with small business owners.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Required skills
