Account Executive – Legal & Professional

About the role

Join LexisNexis Legal & Professional, part of RELX, to drive new‑business sales and build strong customer relationships in the legal and professional sector. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross‑functional teams to identify opportunities, engage prospects, and deliver value through a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new business through high‑volume cold calling (50‑100 outbound calls per day) and follow‑up in the assigned territory.
• Learn, understand, and demonstrate world‑class legal and professional products to prospects.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to qualify opportunities and support the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Proven lead generation or inside‑sales experience.
• Comfortable with heavy cold‑calling activity.
• Strong listening, quick‑thinking, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, follows defined processes, and manages time effectively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
