Account Executive

About the role

Revin is looking for a full‑cycle Account Executive to own the sales process from prospecting to close with multi‑million‑dollar home services operators in New York. You will work directly with owners and executive decision‑makers, driving high‑value contracts and contributing to the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract signing.
• Partner with SDRs to generate pipeline and refine messaging for the home‑services market.
• Close six‑figure deals with enterprise home‑services operators.
• Conduct discovery calls with owners, operators, and executives to understand complex buying dynamics.
• Navigate multi‑stakeholder negotiations and maintain accurate CRM data and forecasts.
• Contribute to the development of sales playbooks and best practices as the team scales.

Required profile

• 1–5 years of full‑cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with proven closed deals.
• Comfortable managing complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and eager to thrive in an early‑stage, high‑ownership environment.
• Prefer candidates who enjoy early‑stage company growth and are accountable for results.

Required skills

• CRM usage for pipeline management and forecasting.

• Base salary $110K–$130K with uncapped commission (target OTE $210K–$250K).
