Account Executive

About the role

Konica Minolta is looking for motivated Account Executives to drive sales of its print and technology solutions. You will work primarily in the field, meeting prospects and customers at their locations within an assigned territory, and will play a key part in building a pipeline of new business.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and promote the full suite of Konica Minolta print solutions and services.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and face‑to‑face engagements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver solution‑focused presentations and conduct consultative discussions to uncover client needs.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and advance deals through the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly prospecting and sales targets.
• Record customer insights and sales interactions for accurate tracking.

Required profile

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving skills and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and support others.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role such as sales development, account support, or customer success is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
