Account Executive

About the role

Nitra is seeking an energetic Account Executive to join its sales team in the Washington, DC or New York City area. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the company’s customer base within the healthcare fintech ecosystem through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in‑person meetings to introduce Nitra’s products and services.
• Attend industry conferences and networking events to generate and qualify new sales leads.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead‑generation and customer‑acquisition strategies.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline progress in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Based in the Washington, DC or New York City metropolitan area and able to work 100% on‑site.
• Strong communication skills with a proven ability to engage prospects through cold calling.
• Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‑growing startup environment.
