Account Executive – French Speaking

About the role

Canva is looking for a French‑speaking Account Executive to lead the public sector and healthcare portfolio. You will own the full account lifecycle, partner with Customer Success, and drive user growth across government and health institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the public sector and healthcare account lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and results.
• Partner with a Customer Success Manager to drive monthly active user (MAU) growth across government and health institutions.
• Onboard new accounts and provide strategic sales support for multi‑department deployments.
• Build and maintain relationships with public sector and healthcare users to understand their needs and guide product adoption.
• Analyse usage data to identify trends, inform product and marketing plans, and improve retention.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of enterprise account executive experience with a proven record of closing complex deals.
• Fluent in French (conversational) and English, able to engage French‑Canadian accounts.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
• Experience implementing new technology in government or healthcare organisations.
