Account Executive – French

About the role

Odoo is seeking a French‑speaking Account Executive to join its Direct Sales team. You will work with businesses across the Latin American region, understand their operational challenges and propose Odoo’s integrated SaaS ERP solutions. This is a full‑cycle, technical sales position that blends software knowledge with business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow Account Executives to drive adoption of Odoo SaaS solutions.
• Manage the entire sales cycle—from inbound lead conversion to closing and post‑sale account management for upselling.
• Act as a solution engineer, analysing prospect operations and building tailored Odoo implementation demos.
• Sell a diverse portfolio of SaaS applications to companies in various industries throughout Latin America.
• Identify and implement improvements to the sales process.
• Participate in regular team reviews, share best practices and track business progress.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a SaaS sales role.
• Professional fluency in English and French (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong understanding of business operations and software landscape across verticals.
• Results‑oriented, analytical, self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
