Account Executive (Field Sales)

About the role

Konica Minolta is looking for energetic Account Executives to drive sales of its print and technology solutions. You will work primarily in the field, meeting prospects and customers at their locations to build relationships and close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and promote the full suite of Konica Minolta print solutions and services.
• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and in‑person engagement.
• Meet prospects and customers face‑to‑face across an assigned territory to advance and close sales opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver solution‑focused presentations and conduct consultative discussions to uncover client needs.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and progress deals through the sales cycle.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly prospecting and sales targets.
• Record customer insights and sales interactions for accurate tracking.
