Account Executive – East US (Remote)

About the role

Harmony is looking for a results‑driven Account Executive to lead the full sales cycle for its AI‑powered service automation platform across the East US region. This remote position focuses on enterprise customers, helping them modernize IT, HR, finance, procurement, and legal workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process—from prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close—while meeting a defined quota.
• Run multi‑threaded sales cycles with stakeholders ranging from individual practitioners to C‑suite executives in IT, HR, and Operations.
• Develop deep understanding of prospects’ ITSM workflows and translate Harmony’s AI automation capabilities into measurable business value.
• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach, inbound follow‑up, and strategic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and reporting in the CRM.
• Act as the voice of the customer, providing market and competitive insights that shape product roadmap and positioning.
• Contribute to defining and refining the sales playbook, messaging, and processes as a founding member of the go‑to‑market team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of quota‑carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle sales for technical or platform products sold to both business and technical buyers.
• Experience running multi‑stakeholder sales cycles and communicating effectively with practitioners and executives.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills.
• Self‑directed, high‑agency operator comfortable in a fast‑changing early‑stage environment.
• Based in the US East region (preferably Boston or the Washington metropolitan area) and willing to travel occasionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM and sales tooling, especially Salesforce.
