About the role

Kelly Services is seeking an Account Executive to join its Charlotte, NC office. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on driving new business and expanding relationships with both high‑volume staffing accounts and local high‑margin clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business with strategic, high‑volume staffing accounts and high‑margin local businesses.
• Expand and retain existing customers, increasing market share and profitability.
• Create and present proposals and pricing models that meet client needs.
• Achieve sales metrics and contribute to overall revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in a staffing agency sales role.
• Proven ability to provide strategic, consultative support to customers.
• Strong networking, relationship‑building, and negotiation capabilities.
• Current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions.
• Willingness to work onsite and travel between branch locations as needed.
