Account Executive – Bridge (Scaled Account Management)

About the role

Stripe’s Bridge team is looking for an Account Executive to own a portfolio of existing mid‑market and high‑growth customers. You will drive revenue expansion, product adoption, and renewals at scale while partnering closely with product, risk, and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own a book of accounts and generate growth through upsells, cross‑sells, and renewals.
• Design and execute data‑driven go‑to‑market strategies that increase revenue per account.
• Prioritize opportunities using quantitative signals and manage high‑velocity deal cycles from qualification to close.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to understand business priorities and surface pain points.
• Lead commercial negotiations, identify churn signals, and implement retention tactics.
• Collaborate with product, success, risk, and operations teams to solve complex customer needs.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product and process improvements.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of full‑cycle sales or account management experience, preferably managing a large book of accounts.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to prioritize accounts and track outcomes.
• Proven ability to execute high‑velocity sales processes and close expansion deals.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
