Account Executive - Bilingual Arabic

About the role

HungerRush is looking for a high‑performing Account Executive who is fluent in Arabic and English to drive full‑cycle SaaS sales for its restaurant‑technology solutions. This 100% remote position focuses on consultative, value‑based selling to help SMB and mid‑market clients achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, close, and handoff to post‑sales teams.
• Apply consultative, value‑based selling methods to uncover customer challenges and align solutions to business outcomes.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and strategic account development.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in the CRM.
• Represent HungerRush with professionalism and credibility.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 3‑5+ years of full‑cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in technology, e‑commerce, or POS‑related verticals.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota.
• Strong consultative selling skills and familiarity with value‑based methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or SPIN.
• Ability to identify, validate, and address customer pain points and articulate ROI.
• Self‑starter with resilience, curiosity, and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM system) for pipeline generation and management.
