Account Director – Performance Marketing (Remote)

About the role

Level Agency is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead performance‑marketing client relationships remotely across the U.S. and Canada. You will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes for a focused portfolio of accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and act as the primary strategic partner.
• Connect business goals to integrated marketing strategies across media, SEO, creative, data, CRM, website, CRO, and reporting.
• Develop and oversee paid media plans, especially Google Ads, while spotting issues before they become escalations.
• Drive conversion‑focused initiatives where lead quality, pipeline, and sales alignment are critical.
• Provide thoughtful push‑back and guidance to align client expectations with performance results.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading client accounts in a performance‑marketing agency.
• Deep understanding of how modern marketing channels work together.
• Ability to speak credibly about Google Ads and paid‑media strategy.
• Focus on client business results rather than isolated campaign metrics.
• Comfort managing a focused book of accounts with depth.
