About the role

Real Chemistry’s 21GRAMS subsidiary is seeking an experienced Account Director to lead healthcare advertising projects. The role blends strategic thinking, client partnership, and project execution to deliver impactful, data‑driven campaigns for pharmaceutical and biotech brands.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture productive relationships with clients and internal teams to drive agency success.
• Interpret brand messaging, data, and competitive insights to shape compelling promotional stories.
• Develop and align on core agency documents such as project briefs and creative briefs.
• Analyze program performance, metrics, KPIs, and goals to inform strategy.
• Negotiate resource allocation and timelines to meet client expectations while managing agency capacity.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, ensuring integrated solutions and on‑time delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing communications within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
• Strong project‑management capabilities and a track record of leading complex, multi‑disciplinary workstreams.
• Excellent problem‑solving, advisory, and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to inspire teams and maintain high client satisfaction.
