Account Development Specialist – On Premise

About the role

The Account Development Specialist – On Premise will act as the brand champion for Moët Hennessy’s premium portfolio within a targeted group of high‑value on‑premise accounts. You will spend the majority of your time in the market, building relationships, driving growth, and delivering memorable brand experiences to customers and consumers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue and market share for the assigned portfolio across the designated account base.
• Develop and execute high‑end consumer activations and brand experiences within key accounts.
• Present new products, conduct monthly business reviews, and provide real‑time market insights.
• Collaborate with on‑premise and retail sales teams to create creative solutions that boost sales.
• Lead territory reporting, field intelligence, and category insights.
• Deliver training modules to sales teams, customers, and suppliers on sales trends and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers in on‑premise environments.
• Strong understanding of premium spirits and champagne market dynamics.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting revenue and share targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to spend the majority of working time in the field.
