Account Coordinator – Advertising Campaign Support

About the role

Roku is seeking an Account Coordinator to join its Client Services team in New York. You will act as a key liaison between advertisers, sales, and internal cross‑functional teams to ensure advertising campaigns run smoothly from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Client Services, Sales, Ad Operations, and other teams to deliver end‑to‑end campaign support.
• Manage campaign planning, execution, and monitoring, including creative asset QA, tag mapping, and measurement setup.
• Analyze performance metrics, flag critical data, and provide insights to Sales and Client Services leads.
• Maintain and master tools such as SFDC/Tarmac, Roku DMP, Tableau, and Prisma.

Required profile

• Proactive, detail‑oriented individual with strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional groups.

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce (SFDC) or Tarmac.
• Familiarity with Roku DMP.
• Proficiency in Tableau.
• Knowledge of Prisma or similar data platforms.
