About the role

The Access Coordinator III supports the TOSH/Neuro program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences by managing access requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth operations for staff and students. This full‑time position works closely with clinical and research teams to maintain compliance and efficient workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track access requests for TOSH/Neuro facilities.
• Maintain accurate records in the Workday system.
• Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for staff, students, and visitors.
• Serve as a liaison between departmental units, IT, and security to resolve access issues.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and federal regulations.
• Provide training and support to users on access procedures.

Required profile

• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in a healthcare or academic environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
