About the role
The Access Coordinator III supports patient access for Orthopedics, Health Services Center (HSC) and Therapy departments at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This position ensures smooth scheduling, referral processing, and coordination of services to enhance patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate patient access and appointment scheduling for Orthopedics, HSC, and Therapy services.
- Manage referral documentation and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve access issues.
Required profile
- Legal authorization to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
