Acceleration Center – Agentic AI & Machine Learning Developer (Experienced Associate)

About the role

As an Experienced Associate in the Acceleration Center, you will design and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights for PwC's Risk & Regulatory practice. You will work on client engagements, develop scalable data pipelines, and deepen your technical expertise while contributing to high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models to extract insights from complex data sets.
• Develop scalable data models and pipelines that support AI systems.
• Write production‑grade code using Python and libraries such as TensorFlow and Scikit‑Learn.
• Perform data wrangling, preprocessing, and integration for machine‑learning applications.
• Apply natural language processing techniques for text analytics and sentiment analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address client challenges and deliver quality solutions.
• Contribute to open‑source projects and continuously improve AI systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred studies in Analytics/Data Science, AI/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering.
• Relevant certifications in data engineering, machine learning, or cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake).
