About the role

As a Senior Associate in PwC's Acceleration Center, you will design and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that turn raw data into actionable insights for risk and regulatory clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, build scalable software platforms, and contribute to the overall project strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML models to generate business‑critical insights.
• Develop scalable software and data pipelines using advanced algorithms.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to improve data quality and infrastructure.
• Apply machine‑learning libraries such as TensorFlow and Scikit‑Learn to optimise model performance.
• Perform complex data analysis to support decision‑making and business growth.
• Leverage natural‑language‑processing tools for text‑analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and support their technical development.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Interest or background in analytics, data science, AI/robotics, computer science, engineering, or related fields.
• Relevant certifications in data engineering, machine learning, or cloud platforms are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and Java for data analysis and model development.
• Experience with TensorFlow and Scikit‑Learn.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with data‑engineering tools like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Ability to build and maintain data pipelines.
• Experience with natural‑language‑processing techniques.
