Accelerated Solutions Consulting Internship – Summer 2027

About the role

Join PwC’s Advisory practice as an Accelerated Solutions Consulting Intern for the summer of 2027. You will work directly with clients on complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and post‑merger integration, gaining exposure to PwC’s methodologies and consulting approach.

Key responsibilities

• Support teams delivering deal advisory services, focusing on M&A and divestitures.
• Participate in post‑merger integration projects to capture synergies and optimize operations.
• Assist in developing strategic advice and due‑diligence processes for client decisions.
• Engage in business process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct research and gather information to support client engagements.
• Observe and learn from experienced professionals to understand PwC practices.
• Contribute to carve‑out planning and operational separation activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or having completed a Bachelor’s degree (typically 3rd or 4th year).
• Preferred fields of study: Management Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering & Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics.
• Preferred cumulative GPA: 3.3 (or major GPA 3.3).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
