A320 Operations Leader – Completion Line Supervisor (2nd Shift)

About the role

The A320 Operations Leader (Completion Line Supervisor) on the 2nd shift will guide production activities for Airbus' A320 family aircraft at the Mobile, AL manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring aircraft progress through the completion line safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direction and supervision for all production activities on the completion line during the 2nd shift.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a strong safety culture.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and key interfaces.
• Monitor and report on production metrics, addressing any deviations promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading production or manufacturing teams, preferably in aerospace.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to motivate, develop, and engage a diverse workforce.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
