3rd Shift Set Up Operator – $22.52/hr + Shift Premium

About the role

Join the Shelbyville manufacturing team as a 3rd Shift Set Up Operator. You will work nights (11:00 pm‑7:30 am) ensuring machines run smoothly and product flow meets service level goals.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, change over, adjust, troubleshoot, and clean machines and equipment.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow 6S principles.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
• Complete all required documentation, labeling, and reporting.
• Handle scrap, rework, and mixed product according to procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to use basic tools, equipment, and gauges.
• Capability to read and follow blueprints and standard work instructions.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Light physical effort (lifting/pushing/pulling 5‑25 lb).
• Fluent in English (read/write) and able to understand safety and quality instructions.
• Flexibility to work overtime.
