352S SIGINT Collection Instructor

About the role

Amentum is recruiting a 352S Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Collection Instructor through the Huachuca Training & Support Contract (HTASC), a program run at Fort Huachuca, Arizona, which trains intelligence professionals. The position is full-time and onsite, and involves learning and executing the process for identifying, developing and validating course updates so they stay current and reflect Army Transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and execute the process for identification, development and validation of POI updates for the courses
• Maintain working relationships with the required stakeholders and decision makers across USAICoE
• Prepare staff documents such as SOPs, intelligence requirements, training plans, METLs and MOAs/MOUs
• Prepare and give briefings, and cover TECHSIGINT reporting policies and collection/exploitation capabilities for COMINT, ELINT, FISINT and PROFORMA

Required profile

• TS/SCI or TS Interim clearance (US citizenship required); must meet NSA access standards and gain access to NSANet
• Prior 352S SIGINT Collection Technician in good standing, graduate of WOBC and WOIC or equivalent courses
• 8 years of successful experience as a 352S executing or managing authorized intelligence operations
• Preferred: instructor certification, previous teaching or curriculum-development experience, and field grade level (CW3 and above)

Required skills

• Knowledge of SIGINT policies, USSIDs, classification procedures and TECHSIGINT architecture (tactical and national)
• Knowledge of current 352S policy and doctrine, including Army FM, ADP, ATP, AR, NSA policy and DoD directives
