2nd Shift Warehouse Production Planner

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Warehouse Production Planner to join our West Memphis facility on the 2nd shift. In this role you will coordinate the flow of customer orders through the warehouse, ensuring materials are received, picked, packed and staged on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workflow using the Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System, releasing pick lists according to shipment schedules.
• Analyze forecasts and operational data to design efficient work plans across all warehouse departments.
• Communicate proactively with inbound, picking, packing and outbound teams to guarantee material availability.
• Maintain detailed performance reports, review them daily with supervisors and highlight bottlenecks.
• Apply problem‑solving tools to address process deviations and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on a night/second‑shift schedule.
• Effective communication with cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying and resolving operational issues.

Required skills

• Experience with Blue Yonder WMS (or similar Warehouse Management Systems).
