About the role
Enovis is seeking a reliable 2nd‑shift Picker to join its Distribution Center in Texas. The role involves selecting, scanning, and preparing customer orders while operating forklift and other material‑handling equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, scan, and stage items from multiple locations within the warehouse.
- Load, unload, ship, and receive goods, ensuring order accuracy and quality.
- Transport materials to designated areas and optimize load configurations.
- Secure loads on equipment, inspect for vehicle damage, and schedule maintenance.
- Operate technical machinery and RF scanning devices to manage inventory.
- Pick, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
- Identify and report workplace safety hazards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of related warehouse experience.
- Valid forklift certification.
- Excellent hand‑eye coordination and good physical condition.
Required skills
- Forklift operation.
- RF scanner usage.
- Operation of technical material‑handling machinery.
