24/7 User Support and System Specialist

About the role

CACI is hiring a 24/7 User Support and System Specialist for its Fusion Analysis and Development Effort (FADE) in Denver. The role keeps vital intelligence applications running around the clock, drawing on military or intelligence community experience. It is a regular, full-time position requiring a minimum TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, with up to 10% local travel.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to intelligence professionals using operational intelligence community knowledge
• Solve problems in real time through first-line troubleshooting of software issues
• Support mission-critical systems 24/7 on rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Bridge the gap between users and developers with intelligence expertise
• Monitor and maintain multiple security domains and applications including MIST, Watchbox, Intelbook, Linx, Reports, Sheets and Drive
• Help users maximize these applications and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
• Diagnose and resolve issues quickly so they do not affect mission success
• Share field expertise to improve future software development

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• 5+ years of military or intelligence community experience with expertise in at least one intelligence discipline
• Customer service mindset, outstanding problem-solving and communication skills
• Flexibility for 24/7 shift rotations covering nights, weekends and holidays

Required skills

• Desired: experience with Grafana, Kibana or similar monitoring tools
• Desired: familiarity with FADE applications, software testing experience and a security+ certification
