About the role

The 1st Assistant Golf Professional supports the Golf Professional in overseeing all aspects of the golf department at Las Colinas Country Club. This position ensures a premium experience for members and guests by managing daily operations, staff, and the pro‑shop.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and train golf attendants, pro‑shop staff, and outside‑services personnel.
• Manage daily pro‑shop merchandising, inventory, and sales to align with club standards.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and recruitment for golf operations and the repair business.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and handle personnel actions in coordination with HR.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of all golf‑related areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and member service expectations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in golf operations or a similar hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and member‑focus.
• Ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and staff performance.
• Knowledge of pro‑shop merchandising and golf equipment.
