1099 Window Installer – Up to $250k/yr

About the role

As a 1099 Window Installer you will join Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity company, to install residential windows and related home‑improvement products across Oklahoma City. You will work on a flexible schedule, delivering high‑quality installations that meet Statewide standards and ensure homeowner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install new and replacement windows according to company procedures.
• Perform finish work, metal bending, wrapping, and caulking as required for each job.
• Communicate with management at the end of each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Established LLC or business with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Own cargo van, shuttle, or enclosed trailer capable of hauling materials.
• Ability to work in crews of two or more (preferred).

Required skills

• Residential window installation and replacement.
• Metal bending for window frames.
• Window wrapping and caulking.
• Knowledge of remodeling and carpentry techniques.
