1099 Kitchen Installer – Residential Remodeling

About the role

Renuity is seeking experienced, self‑motivated installers to join its 1099 contractor network. As a Kitchen Installer you will work on home remodeling projects across the Philadelphia area, delivering high‑quality cabinet, countertop and finish work that meets Renuity’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install kitchen and bathroom remodeling products, including cabinets, countertops, backsplashes and trim, following company procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each application.
• Communicate with management after each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner at project completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of residential remodeling experience.
• Experience with trim and finish carpentry.
• Established LLC or business operating under an EIN.
• General liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Own box truck, enclosed trailer or shuttle van and necessary tools.
