1099 Kitchen Installer

About the role

Renuity is seeking experienced 1099 Kitchen Installers to join its Mad City Windows team. You will install and refinish kitchen remodeling products in homeowners' residences, following company standards and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products, including cabinets and finish work, according to Mad City standards.
• Apply vinyl laminate finishes to cabinets as required.
• Communicate with management at the end of each job to confirm completion and authorize final payment.
• Complete a job checklist with the homeowner to verify satisfaction.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with respect and professionalism.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Knowledge of residential kitchen cabinets and experience refacing cabinets with vinyl laminate.
• Own an established LLC or business with an EIN, plus general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Own a trailer or cargo van suitable for transporting materials.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
