About the role

We are seeking experienced 1099 Bath Installers to join Mad City Windows, a Renuity company. As an independent contractor you will install home remodeling products, focusing on residential baths, windows, and kitchens, while delivering high‑quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to company standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as required for each installation.
• Communicate with management after each job to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklists with homeowners at completion.
• Treat homeowners and their property with utmost respect.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential baths, windows, or kitchens.
• Established LLC or business to operate as a 1099 contractor.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Worker’s compensation and liability insurance.
