1099 Bath Installer – Earn up to $250k/yr

About the role

We are looking for experienced 1099 Bath Installers to join Renuity’s network of independent contractors. You will install and replace bathroom fixtures and related home‑improvement products, delivering high‑quality work that meets our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products, including showers, tubs, and windows, following Renuity procedures.
• Apply finish work and complete job checklists with homeowners at project completion.
• Treat each homeowner and property with respect and professionalism.
• Maintain tools, truck, and trailer, and ensure all work is performed safely.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential showers, tubs, basic plumbing, and window replacement.
• Established LLC or business with worker’s compensation and general liability insurance.
• Own truck, trailer, and necessary tools; work as a crew of two or more.

Required skills

• Kohler Luxstone or stone panel installation (preferred).
• Residential shower and tub installation.
• Basic plumbing.
• Carpentry and general construction.
• Window replacement installation.
