100% Remote Associate Attorney

About the role

We are a growing civil litigation firm seeking a self‑motivated Associate Attorney to work 100% remotely. You will provide high‑quality legal services across commercial, insurance, personal injury, and wrongful‑death matters while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and assist clients on commercial and insurance litigation matters.
• Litigate complex bodily injury, personal injury, and wrongful‑death cases.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Draft, review, and revise pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Develop case strategies with the legal team and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate case options clearly.
• Handle construction defect cases as needed.

Required profile

• Bar admission in Arizona, Utah, or New Mexico (residence not required).
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 4 years of attorney experience, preferably in commercial litigation and insurance defense.
• Experience with complex injury or wrongful‑death cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Legal research and writing proficiency.
