About the role
As the Youth Pastor at North Church in Spokane, Washington, you’ll become a key part of their team inspiring people to say yes to God as we join Jesus in His mission to make disciples. As a church of about 500 and growing, we have a long history of raising up and sending out leaders, planting churches, and caring holistically for our city.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Next Gen Pastor on effective ministry strategy.
- Lead teams of volunteers and ensure a healthy, vibrant culture.
- Serve with kids on Sundays and junior and senior high on Wednesday nights.
- Implement the church’s core values, especially holistic disciple‑making, into all Next Generation ministries.
Required profile
- Relational leader.
- Proven youth and/or children’s ministry leader developer.
- Problem‑solver who takes initiative.
- Servant spirit willing to serve wherever needed.
