Worship Associate – Lead College‑Age Worship

About the role

Cornerstone is seeking an Associate Worship Leader whose primary responsibility is to lead worship for Salt Company, a weekly college‑age gathering. The role involves planning, leading, and pastoring the room, ensuring the worship experience aligns with the church’s vision while meeting the unique needs of a high‑energy, high‑volume context.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead worship for Salt Company each week, collaborating closely with the serving team.
• Pastor the room by understanding and shepherding the specific needs of a college‑age, high‑energy congregation.
• Work with production and other team members to ensure the worship expression reflects Cornerstone Worship’s broader vision while fitting the Salt Company context.
