Workplace Specialist

About the role

Saronic Technologies is looking for a proactive Workplace Specialist to oversee daily operations at its Franklin office. You will ensure a functional, welcoming, and productive environment for employees and visitors while supporting vendor relationships and facilities needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage office supplies, mail, package distribution, kitchen restocking, and equipment upkeep.
• Monitor workplace email, Slack channels, and ticketing system to respond promptly to employee requests.
• Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation.
• Coordinate minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor services.
• Track and manage small office projects, special requests, and recurring issues.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding logistics, including workspace readiness.
• Assist with planning team meetings, room setups, catering, and office moves.
• Contribute to culture‑building initiatives that foster a positive workplace.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in workplace operations, office management, or facilities coordination.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to multitask.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
