Workforce & Talent Insights Analyst (Remote)

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Workforce & Talent Insights Analyst to turn data into actionable workforce strategies. The role is fully remote, supporting the cooperative’s HR and business leaders with evidence‑based insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze workforce, talent, assessment and survey data to identify trends, risks and opportunities affecting hiring, retention and employee experience.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards, scorecards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI.
• Apply descriptive, diagnostic and predictive analytics (e.g., regression, longitudinal analysis) to forecast outcomes and guide proactive decisions.
• Evaluate assessment and selection programs for effectiveness, fairness and adverse impact.
• Partner with HR, Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition and Continuous Improvement teams to define metrics and analytic approaches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, I/O Psychology, Human Resources or related field (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in workforce, people or talent analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with experience cleaning and integrating large HR datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex findings to senior stakeholders.

Required skills

• Power BI (or similar data‑visualization platform).
• Statistical analysis techniques such as regression, trend and longitudinal analysis.
• Data visualization and dashboard development.
• Familiarity with Workday (preferred).
