Workforce Planning Consultant – Manager

About the role

As a Workforce Planning Consultant – Manager within PwC’s Organization & Talent practice, you will help clients design and implement workforce and talent strategies that drive business performance. You will lead project teams, advise senior stakeholders, and translate workforce data into actionable plans that support talent acquisition, development and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse workforce trends and develop strategic workforce planning initiatives.
• Design talent acquisition, development and retention programs aligned with client business objectives.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Coach and mentor team members, leveraging their strengths and managing performance.
• Apply statistical analysis and modeling to enhance workforce analytics.
• Facilitate difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and address issues.
• Collaborate with clients to improve employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
• Champion technology and innovative approaches to improve delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in workforce planning, HR consulting or related fields.
• Preferred academic background in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Statistics, Psychology or related areas.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects and communicate with senior stakeholders.
