Workday Prism Consultant – Richardson, TX

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Workday Prism Consultant to join its delivery team in Richardson, Texas. The consultant will lead project activities, coordinate technical delivery, and ensure successful implementation of Workday Prism analytics solutions for enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and resolving resource gaps to meet delivery dates.
• Facilitate coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders through regular meetings, sprints, and phase reviews.
• Support technical teams in development, integration, and customization of enterprise application packages, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor deliverables across all project phases to meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks and balance project economics with strategic priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (field not specified).
• Proficiency in ERP processes, reporting, and analytics.
• Experience delivering Workday Prism and Workday HCM solutions within a global system‑integrator environment.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and anticipate challenges.
