About the role

We are looking for a meticulous and highly organised individual to join our team as a remote Data Entry professional. This full‑time position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while playing a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our information systems.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update data from various sources into the company database and computer systems.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct incompatibilities, and verify output.
• Compare source documents to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain and update existing database records to keep them current and correct.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a data entry or similar administrative role.
• Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and self‑motivation.
