Women's Health Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Clinic

About the role

Located in Kingman, Arizona, the Women's Health Clinic at Kingman Regional Medical Center is looking for a compassionate Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. The role involves delivering comprehensive outpatient women's healthcare, including preventive gynecologic care, diagnosis and treatment of common conditions, and low‑risk prenatal and postpartum care.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments, medical histories and physical examinations for adolescent and adult female patients.
• Provide preventive services such as annual well‑woman exams and age‑appropriate screenings.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecologic conditions and manage contraception counseling.
• Order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory studies.
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments within scope of practice.
• Deliver low‑risk prenatal care, monitor pregnancies and conduct postpartum examinations.
• Educate patients on reproductive health, pregnancy, breastfeeding and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and specialists, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.

Required profile

• Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current Arizona APRN license; WHNP‑BC certification preferred.
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification.
• Experience in women’s health, gynecology or obstetrics preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training may be considered.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meditech or other electronic medical record systems.
