About the role

The Women & Infants In-House Agency (IHA) RN provides nursing care to women and newborns within the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This temporary fixed‑term position supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing services to women and infants in the IHA setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to hospital policies.

Required profile

• Current RN licensure and eligibility to practice in Arkansas.
• Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work in a temporary fixed‑term capacity.
