Web Experience Manager

About the role

The Web Experience Manager will lead the university’s digital presence, ensuring that online experiences are engaging, accessible, and aligned with institutional goals. This role collaborates with academic and administrative units to create and maintain high‑quality web content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for improving the university’s web experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into web solutions.
• Oversee creation, publishing, and maintenance of digital content across campus websites.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and university branding guidelines.
• Monitor web analytics, generate performance reports, and recommend enhancements.
• Manage content management systems and support web teams in troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing web content and digital projects in an academic or large‑organization setting.
• Strong understanding of user‑centered design and web accessibility principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
