Web Developer – Shopify & E‑commerce Platform

About the role

Partify Inc., a fast‑growing e‑commerce company specializing in painted automotive parts, is looking for a Web Developer to join its technology team in Warren, MI. You will build, maintain, and optimise the Shopify‑based storefront and supporting systems while collaborating with marketing, operations, and leadership to deliver high‑performing, conversion‑focused user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise Shopify themes and custom storefront features using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Implement new features and enhancements that improve user experience, conversion rates, and site performance.
• Integrate third‑party applications and APIs, ensuring secure and reliable data flow across systems.
• Work with the technology team to execute technical initiatives and roadmap priorities.
• Connect business operations (inventory, fulfillment, pricing) with the e‑commerce platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and technical challenges across the website.
• Contribute to analytics, A/B testing, and SEO initiatives to continuously improve site performance.
• Assist in maintaining backend integrations and cloud‑based infrastructure, including Google Cloud environments where applicable.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of web development experience, preferably in e‑commerce or high‑growth environments.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and willingness to learn in a fast‑paced setting.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
