Web Developer & SEO Specialist – Austin, TX

About the role

We are looking for a Web Developer with strong SEO experience to join a fast‑growing technology company in Austin. You will own the end‑to‑end development of our digital presence, shaping everything from core websites to landing pages while driving traffic and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimise company websites on WordPress, ensuring high performance and excellent user experience.
• Lead SEO strategy through technical SEO, keyword research, backlink building, analytics and content optimisation.
• Create and optimise landing pages, improve UX/UI, and collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns and PPC initiatives.
• Monitor website performance, implement responsive design, and support broader application development projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Strong front‑end skills with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery and responsive design.
• Hands‑on experience executing SEO strategies and using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMRush, Moz or similar.
• Comfortable using AI‑assisted coding tools to accelerate development.
