Warehouse Worker

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage’s warehouse team in Sandston, VA and help ensure timely, accurate delivery of products to customers. The role is focused on order picking, loading, and operating material‑handling equipment during a four‑night work week.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and build orders for dock routes according to invoices.
• Load trucks following computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned equipment and report any issues.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, keg fork dock stockers, slip‑sheet lifts, de‑layers, clamp trucks, double pallet jacks, and floor scrubbers safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and handle beverage alcohol products responsibly.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience or training (preferred).
• Ability to follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and judgment skills.
• Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Physical ability to lift up to 65 lb, stand, walk, squat, and reach for extended periods.
