Warehouse Worker – Full-Time Day Shift

About the role

As a member of the Warehouse team at breakthru, you will play a key role in delivering products to customers by safely and efficiently picking and loading orders for next‑day delivery. This is a full‑time, day‑shift position (8 am‑4 pm) based in Santa Fe Springs, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Build orders for dock routes per invoice, using case picking or the bottle line, and load trucks according to computerized schematics.
• Perform daily inspections of assigned warehouse equipment and report any deficiencies.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, keg forks, slip‑sheet lifts, de‑layer, clamp trucks, double pallet jacks and floor scrubbers.
• Handle beverage alcohol shipments safely, maintain cleanliness, and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous warehouse experience or training (preferred).
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written English instructions.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and judgment skills.
• Physical ability to lift up to 65 lb, stand, walk, reach, squat and bend for extended periods.
